Exchange & Refund Policy
Welcome to Blooming Stories! We want you to love what you order. Because our business operates on a Print-on-Demand model, every product is custom-printed exclusively for you once you place an order.
- Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items (100% Free Replacement) Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged or misprinted item, we will replace it completely free of cost.
Please email us at info4bloomstore@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Important: You must attach a clear unboxing video and photos of the defective product and the original packaging. Without an unboxing video, our printing partners do not accept damage claims.

Size Exchanges We highly encourage you to check the Size Guide provided on each product page before purchasing. However, if you face a sizing issue, we offer a 7-day exchange window. Since we do not hold inventory and your new item will need to be re-printed, a nominal reverse-shipping and processing fee of ₹150 will apply for size exchanges.

Refunds & Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them (before the printing process begins).
We do not offer cash refunds for "change of mind" or wrong size orders.
Refunds are only processed if an item is defective/damaged and we are unable to provide a replacement. Please note that the ₹50 COD handling fee is strictly non-refundable in any case.
